From the South of Syracuse (Binghamtom/Ithaca/Cortland): I-81 north to exit 18, Adams Street/University exit, go straight at light at bottom of ramp, (onto Almond Street), get in far right lane and go one block, right onto Harrison, go two blocks, left onto Irving, go one block- passing the SUNY Human Performance Center, right on Madison, and immediate left into driveway and garage (Madison-Irving Medical Center is on your right immediately after the SUNY Human Performance Center).
